In 2006, I bought a small commercial building in Ealing. When I bought the unit, it formed part of a freehold, and a separate lease had to be created and drawings should have been lodged with the land registry to procure a new title number etc. However, with the demise of my solicitors at the time, I have a suspicion that this was not concluded.
I therefore need to instruct you to establish whether a separate title has been created.
The demise comprises of a main building, a rear garden which is owned by the main building, and then a small commercial unit at the end of the garden, which is defined by a wall.
The first PDF (immediately below) shows a 1 and 2:
1 This is the garden area attached to the main building.
2 This is my commercial unit.

I originally bought this unit from Ceroc Holdings Ltd, but it was subsequently transferred to Ceroc Enterprises Ltd
